Oatmeal Cookie Cocktail

If oatmeal cookies are one of your favorites, then you are going to love this Oatmeal Cookie Cocktail! Simply mix Irish cream liqueur, cinnamon schnapps, butterscotch schnapps and cream with ice to create this delicious drink.
As you can see there are several options to garnish your cocktail as well as some delicious variations listed at the bottom of this post.

Ingredients needed
- Irish Cream Liqueur
- Goldschläger Cinnamon Schnapps or Cinnamon Whiskey
- Butterscotch Schnapps
- Heavy Cream
- Ice Cubes
- Honey or agave nectar if using cookie crumbs as garnish around the rim of the glass.
- Raisins or whole oatmeal cookies to garnish – optional.

How to make an oatmeal cookie cocktail
Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into agave syrup or honey. Tilt the glass to allow any excess to drip back into the bowl. Next, dip the rim into oatmeal cookie crumbs, moving it around to evenly coat. Set aside.
To garnish with raisins or a whole cookie skip this step.
Add ice to to a cocktail shaker and pour in the Irish cream liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, Goldschläger, and heavy cream.
Cover and shake vigorously to thoroughly combine ingredients.
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes & Tips
- For a dairy-free cocktail, substitute canned coconut milk for the heavy cream. Shake vigorously to combine before opening the can!
Recipe variations
- Oatmeal Cookie Shots – shake Irish liqueur, butterscotch schnapps and cinnamon schnapps together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a shot glass and serve.
- Irish Oatmeal Cookie Cocktail – add 1-ounce of orange liqueur per drink. Garnish with an oatmeal cookie or orange peel twist.
- Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Cocktail – add 0.5-ounce to 1-ounce Jagermeister liqueur per drink and garnish with raisins.
- For a stronger cocktail add 1-ounce of rum or Rumchata per drink.
