I saw an infographic on pinterest for these Pepperoni Pizza Muffins, or whatever they called them. The link did not go to an actual recipe…I hate that! So I basically just followed the pictures and ended up with these delicious treats…..
Okay I have to admit, it was not rocket science! I made some Pizza Dough, basically made a pizza…rolled it up like cinnamon rolls, sliced it, let it rise…and baked it like muffins. Voila!
How to make Pepperoni Pizza Muffins:
Roll out your pizza dough on a well floured surface.
Spread pizza sauce on top of dough. Leave a clean strip around the edge.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of sauce, and cover with pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Roll up narrow end to form a log.
Slice into 12 pieces.
Place in muffin tin that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and allow to rise until almost doubled.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Bake for 12 – 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and serve with additional Pizza Sauce for dipping.
The kids absolutely loved them. I might even try some other flavors in the future…just for fun!

Speaking of pizza, one of the highlights of my trip to California last month…..was this Me-N-Ed’s Pizza…..
You may have seen this picture on Instagram 🙂 I grew up eating at Me-N-Ed’s, so it is always on my list of things to do when I go back home…I just love it! 🙂
If you have a Trader Joe’s where you live, pizza pairs perfectly with this wine…..
“Dearly Beloved… I Thee Red”. Yes, I pick my wines by the pretty designs on the bottle. The fact that it was so incredibly cheap, made it even better! 🙂 Happy Birthday Michelle! 🙂
Enjoy!!
