Okay I have to admit, it was not rocket science! I made some Pizza Dough, basically made a pizza…rolled it up like cinnamon rolls, sliced it, let it rise…and baked it like muffins. Voila!

How to make Pepperoni Pizza Muffins:

Roll out your pizza dough on a well floured surface.

Spread pizza sauce on top of dough. Leave a clean strip around the edge.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of sauce, and cover with pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Roll up narrow end to form a log.

Slice into 12 pieces.

Place in muffin tin that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and allow to rise until almost doubled.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Bake for 12 – 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and serve with additional Pizza Sauce for dipping.

If you have a Trader Joe’s where you live, pizza pairs perfectly with this wine…..

Dearly Beloved Wine

“Dearly Beloved… I Thee Red”. Yes, I pick my wines by the pretty designs on the bottle. The fact that it was so incredibly cheap, made it even better! 🙂 Happy Birthday Michelle! 🙂
