Grinch Mimosa

This festive Grinch Mimosa mixes orange juice, UV Blue vodka, and your favorite champagne for the perfect holiday drink. Serve this light and refreshing green champagne cocktail at brunch, breakfast, and holiday parties.

This bubbly green cocktail is guaranteed to get you and your guests into the holiday spirit. It is so simple to prepare, making it the perfect addition to upcoming holiday Christmas party!
What you will need
- Sparkling wine to create bubbles – that can be Champagne, Prosecco, or Cava. I prefer the sweetness of Prosecco, choose a Dry or Brut Champagne (like Korbel) to cut down on the sweetness.
- UV Blue Vodka is one of my favorite ways to add blue to cocktails, and it adds a hint of raspberry flavor.
- Orange juice is traditionally used in mimosas. I prefer no pulp Tropicana 100% orange juice, but any pure orange juice will work.
- Electric or neon green food coloring to boost the overall green color.
- Large, fresh strawberries sliced and cut into heart shapes add the perfect garnish.

How to make a Grinch Mimosa
Cut a strawberry in half.
Place one half flat-side down then use a small heart-shaped cookie cutter to create a heart.
Cut a small slit in the heart on the bottom edged using a small knife. Set aside.
Add half an ounce of blue vodka to a champagne flute.
Pour in 3 ounces of orange juice.
Nope, not green enough. Add three or four drops of green food coloring and stir to combine.
Top off with Champagne, garnish with strawberry heart, and serve immediately.
Recipe Tips
- The number of drinks is calculated using 8-ounce glasses. Depending on the size of your glasses, your final serving count may be different.
- Change up the garnish for other green holidays. Mini shamrock cut out of kiwi or bell pepper for St. Patrick’s Day, or gummy eyeballs for Halloween.

Ingredients

- 24 ounces pure orange juice chilled – I used pulp-free
- electric green food coloring
- 750 ml bottle Champagne or Prosecco chilled
- 4 large strawberries
