I honestly believe that Ranch Dressing is one of the greatest things ever invented!! It is the perfect dressing to drizzle over salads, and makes an amazing sauce for dunking Chicken Tenders into. Well I have gone and taken this wonderful condiment and made it even better…..I added Bacon!! That’s right, Bacon Ranch Dressing with all natural ingredients…..

I even managed to find an all natural Liquid Smoke with no additives or chemicals {no sodium benzoate, caramel coloring, MSG, etc}…..

SCORE!! I went with Hickory over Mesquite because I used un-cured, Hickory Smoked Applewood Bacon. Go crazy, choose whichever flavor you prefer!

The basics of this dressing are the same as the ever popular Homemade Dairy-free Ranch Dressing.

How to make Bacon Ranch Dressing:

Start by adding apple cider vinegar to milk. Regular, coconut, cashew, doesn’t matter…..

Let this sit for 5 to 10 minutes to “curdle” the milk and create buttermilk. Whisk {or shake} together mayonnaise, pressed garlic, white wine vinegar, liquid smoke, “buttermilk”, and black pepper…..

Add the green onions, Italian parsley, and bacon…..

Whisk or shake well to combine…..

You can't go wrong with this Bacon Ranch Dressing. It's the perfect topping for any salad, or chicken tenders! cookingwithcurls.

Pour into a container and store in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days. I wouldn’t go any longer than a week because of the bacon. 😉

I needed to create a “Slam Dunk Sauce” for my Cheez-It Baked Chicken Tenders and almost went with Barbecue Ranch…..almost. In the end, bacon won this round…..
