How to make a Sparkling Caramel Apple Cocktail:

Fill a small cocktail glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the dark spiced rum (I used The Kraken) and the butterscotch schnapps…..

Pour the spiced rum and butterscotch schnapps into a small glass filled with ice cookingwithcurls.com

Fill the glass with 3 to 4 ounces of sparkling cider.

Garnish with a thin slice of apple and serve…..

This Sparkling Caramel Apple Cocktail is like fall in a glass!!

Notes:

  • Don’t forget to chill the sparkling apple cider before serving.
  • You can also chill your rum and schnapps ahead of time as well if desired. The colder your liquor, the slower your ice will melt!
  • Each bottle of sparkling cider will yield approximately 7 drinks.
  • I used these Whiskey Glasses even though I didn’t use whiskey, I just really like the shape! {affiliate link}

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce dark spiced rum (I used The Kraken)
  • 0.5 ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • 3 to 4 ounces sparkling apple cider (chilled)

Instructions
