I have never tried using a different jar but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I think caramel would be delicious with carrot cake, you will have to let me know how it tastes!

Also, do you think this caramel would be good between the layers of a carrot cake? Does caramel even go with carrot cake? I usually frost the entire cake with a cream cheese butter cream but wanted to switch it up a bit.

I would think it would with multiple jars, Ro. I would leave the cooking time the same, they should come up to pressure and cook the same as a single jar…but I have not tried it! πŸ™‚
