We had a package of mystery meat in the freezer, after defrosting I realized it was a few pork ribs. So glad I found this recipe. It was amazing! 5 stars!

I have always been a little too intimidated to use my mom’s instapot but I had a cheap cut of pork and I’ve had success with an old type of pressure cooker in the past so I thought I’d give your recipe a try. Wow! I could not believe how tender it came out! My mom’s instapot is a little different than yours which you mention that in the instructions but I managed to figure it out- so if there are other readers looking for a delicious and easy, oh and super inexpensive meal to try their new instapot on, go for it! You won’t believe how good it’ll turn out! Thank you for putting it out there!

Made this last night for dinner and it was AMAZING. I added about a tablespoon of garlic powder along with the cayenne and cumin. I also tossed 1/4 cup of cilantro and 1 tablespoon of lime juice to the instant pot before cooking. Extremely tender and tasted great with the remaining salsa verde
