Pico de Gallo
Pico de Gallo, also know as Salsa Fresca, is an uncooked salsa that contains tomatoes, white onions, and jalapenos, and sometimes also contains cilantro and lime juice!

Instructions
Stir together tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapenos in a large bowl
Add the lime juice, and stir to combine.
Serve immediately.
